What is the EYFS?
The Early Years Foundation Stage, also known as EYFS, is the framework used to support the learning, development, and care of young children. It helps ensure children are given the right support to grow socially, emotionally, physically, and educationally.
At Brown Lilies Childcare, we use the EYFS approach to guide activities, routines, observations, and learning experiences in a way that suits each child’s age, stage, and individual needs.

Working Together With Parents
We believe strong communication with parents helps children feel more supported. Parents are kept updated about their child’s progress, daily routine, interests, and development. We encourage open conversations so families and Brown Lilies can work together in the child’s best interest.
